Ganpati Siddharth Handicrafts sells handcrafted and antique-inspired products, including sculptures, wooden and tribal art panels, handcrafted jewellery, traditional paintings, decorative books, and handwoven textiles, inspired by the temple art of Khajuraho, including Khajuraho-inscribed sandstone sculptures. Through our work, we aim to preserve and promote Khajuraho’s artistic heritage.
2. Handcrafted Nature of Products
All our products are handmade or hand-finished by skilled artisans. As a result:
Slight variations in size, color, texture, grain, or finish are natural and expected
Such variations are a mark of authenticity, not a manufacturing defect
Product images are for reference; actual pieces may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of the item
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise
We accept payments via UPI and other listed payment methods at checkout
An order is confirmed only after successful payment
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (such as weather disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, or other conditions beyond our control)
International shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Delivery timelines for international orders depend on how quickly local customs authorities process and clear the shipment, and Ganpati Siddharth Handicrafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery; however, damaged items reported promptly are covered under our Refund and Returns Policy
