At Ganpati Siddharth Handicrafts, every piece we sell is handcrafted, inspired by the temple art of Khajuraho, including Khajuraho-inscribed sandstone sculptures. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in size, texture, color, and finish are natural and are a mark of authenticity, not a defect. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
– The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered
– The “wrong item” was delivered
– Return request is raised “within 3 days of delivery“
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Note: Since our products are handcrafted, natural variations in grain, texture, tone, or minor imperfections inherent to hand-carved stone, brass, wood, or marble work are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged in transit:
– Made-to-order or customized pieces
– Items marked as “Final Sale”
– Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
3. How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number, photos/video of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
– Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at siddharthcrafts@gmail.com with your order details.
6. Shipping for Returns
– If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
– If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the item has not yet been shipped or has not entered production (for made-to-order pieces). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
